The dynamic is there, but it's not strong. Nice visual anyways.
The form of her looks as if it never moved from the start. In the future, I'd suggest stretching out the limbs; straighten knees or elbows more, or twist the head or torso more severely

I was trying out one of the default palettes in aseprite, and it didn't really have a good light blue for the sky, so adding the streaks of white made it look lighter without having to add another color. Thanks for your comment!

Nice soft colors for a nice soft atmosphere. Only thing is that the supposed tank looks like an entire ocean.
