[Chaotic Heart: Loose Ends (Episode 3)]

Good to see that your animation skills continue to impress. In general I can say I enjoyed the full voicing, even if some were notably better than others. Presenting information without getting too wordy is a valuable skill, and one you seem to possess, though a few concepts remain a bit cloudy. What stuck out to me was Dugal, who, first of all, reminded me of Lord Hyness (a personal favorite villain), but his voice seemed lacking. I'd suggest trying something more gimmick-y, like Scarlet's.
You have something special here, Nine, and I hope I can watch it become the best it can be.
