[Spooky Month 4 - Deadly Smiles]

I've been fearing the year I'd have to say this, but I think this is Spooky Month's lowest point. Ever since new voices were introduced, new characters and plot points, the videos just lost that Pelo charm. And it's only been getting worse; everyone's either unfunny or a straight-man now. The only good humor I could extract was Johnny Utah making a joke about drinking piss. Skid and Pump hardly speak anymore.
It was a good cartoon, but it wasn't a Pelo cartoon.

Hmmm...the animation is good stuff. Clean, well-colored, stylized...
The biggest weakness here would have to be the audio. It's all too quiet, for sure. Even when the scene is fast-paced and intense, both the music and SFX fail to capture reflect that.
Visuals are only half the battle. One you fought well
